Campaign ROI Auditor — Free TikTok Shop Ad Tool
Paste your campaign rows and see the ROI tax hiding in multi-SKU splits — the GMV your below-median campaigns did not produce. Nothing leaves your browser.
The number the platform never shows you
Ad platforms report what each campaign did. They do not report what a campaign did relative to your other campaigns, which is where structural waste hides: a split whose blended return sits under your own median is quietly buying less GMV per dollar than the same money would have bought elsewhere in your account. This auditor prices that gap in dollars — your ROI tax.
Compared against you, not an industry average
The benchmark is the median of your own campaigns. That is deliberate: a portfolio-structure problem is only visible against the portfolio it sits in, and a category-average ROAS would tell you about other people's products, margins and bids rather than about your split. It also means the tool needs at least 2 campaigns — with one, the median is that campaign and every gap is zero.
Discontinued SKUs inside a live campaign
A campaign carrying a product that is out of stock or discontinued keeps spending against impressions that cannot convert, and no error appears anywhere in the interface — the campaign simply reports a worse blended number than its siblings. Mark those campaigns and the auditor flags them with their measured gap to your median. It does not multiply the gap by a drag coefficient: a single observed pair of sibling campaigns is an anecdote, not a constant.
Why SKU count is a structural flag
Above 3 SKUs a campaign reports one blended return and no product inside it can be read on its own. That is not a claim that wide campaigns perform worse — it is that you cannot reallocate against a number you cannot attribute. Break the split out, let each product line report its own return, and only then move budget.
Nothing you paste leaves your browser
There is no endpoint behind this page. Rows are parsed, compared and rendered entirely on your machine, which is why real spend data is safe to paste here. A malformed line is reported with its line number and skipped rather than coerced — a row with more than 5 fields is usually a comma inside an unquoted price, and silently accepting it would move the median and change every other campaign's verdict.
What this auditor does not claim
That moving budget will recover the tax. The figure answers a closed question about spend you already made — if the below-median campaigns had returned what your median campaign returned, this much more GMV would exist. It is a measurement of dispersion, not a forecast of a reallocation, and the tool never states it as one.
